It is a community science project that requests help from regular people who come across invasive species in their day-to-day lives. This helps monitor the spread of invasive species. They are available by both website and mobile phone app.
The Detroit River-Western Lake Erie CWMA submits all survey and treatment data regarding invasive species to MISIN.
